Andrea Immer-Robinson, host of Simply Wine with Andrea Immer is definitely no wine dummy. She is one of only nine women in the US and 11 in the world to hold the title of Master Sommelier. That means to us folks that she knows all there is to know about wine. But what separates her from the rest of the wine gods that put out books year after year is her natural ability to simplify things about wine that the other guys can’t do. But she does it in an informal, comfortable and respectful manner.

There is nothing pretentious at all about this book. Ms. Immer definitely shows that she is human like the rest of us.  This lady really knows her stuff. This book offers tons of great information for beginners and the guys who think that they know a lot about wine.
