What a super great post. Well done!
In the past two years, I found that I can really enjoy white wines.
The first one that turned me on to them was 'dry' Riesling and this
past year I discovered Gewurztraminer and 'semi dry' or semi sweet' Riesling.
The best I've had were right here in the Finger Lakes region. Tried some recommended
German wines, but none to my liking. It's all about one's individual taste.
